张帆(1994-)，男，工学博士，讲师，云南晓圣公益基金会义工（2016-至今），主要从事结构材料的开发及性能的研究，先后以主要研究人员身份完成2项国家自然基金及1项省基金。在Journal of Materials Research and Technology 、 Materials Today Communications 、 Trans Indian Inst Met 、 The Journal of the Minerals 、International Journal of Modern Physics B等材料领域学术期刊发表研究性论文6篇(含合作发表)，其中中科院一区期刊发表SCI论文2篇；授权发明专利4项。
